Regency Park is the only Class A property in Greenwood with comprehensive support services. Our corporate and furnished apartment rates include all utility services (land line phone is not included), linens, dishes and cookware, High-Speed internet available in all usints, cable television service, television, and washing machine & dryer. Cleaning services are available with an additional charge.

Safety and security is a high priority at Regency Park. We provide a safe and secure environment, including video surveillance, on-site courtesy officer for assistance when needed. This program allows an employee to concentrate on new job activities while the family works on adjustment activities of relocation, and offers individuals a simple transition for a move from a previous location to a new location.

Amenities and services are outstanding at Regency Park. Our facility features a resident business center, wireless high-speed Internet (in most units), fitness center, pool, sand volleyball court, children’s play area, picnic areas, and even a car care center. In addition, laundry/dry cleaning services and apartment cleaning services are available at an additional charge. These services help meet the every day living needs of both your employee and family.
